Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Wapniak Labs LLC — Sadan Effective 23 August 2026

This is a separate policy required by the Washington My Health My Data Act, the Nevada Consumer Health Data Privacy Law (SB 370), and the Connecticut Data Privacy Act. It describes only consumer health data. Everything else is in our Privacy Policy.

1. What consumer health data Sadan collects

Sadan collects the following only if you choose to enter it:

Sadan also records your training itself — the movements, weights, repetitions, and how hard a set felt. We treat this as consumer health data where the law does, because information about physical activity can indicate physical health status.

Sadan does not collect: biometric data, precise location or any location data, genetic data, diagnoses, prescriptions, medical records, insurance information, or data from any health service or provider.

2. Where it comes from

From you, and only from you. Every item above is something you typed into the app. Sadan does not obtain consumer health data from any other source. It does not buy it, receive it from data brokers, infer it from your device, or derive it from anything other than what you entered.

3. Where it is stored

On your device. Consumer health data is stored in your device’s own storage. Wapniak Labs holds no server-side copy of it, and there is no account it is attached to.

4. How it is used

We do not use consumer health data for advertising, marketing, profiling for marketing purposes, or any purpose other than operating the features you have turned on.

5. Who it is shared with

Consumer health data leaves your device only if you turn on the AI coach.

Anthropic PBC (United States) — an artificial intelligence provider. If you enable the AI coach, your injury flags, the constraint rules you wrote, your recorded discomfort threads, and your training records are included in the session summary sent for processing, and written feedback is returned to your device. This is a separate choice from using the app, it is off unless you turn it on, and turning it off stops future transmission.

Netlify (United States) — hosts the server function that passes the summary to Anthropic. It is not retained there. Netlify may retain ordinary request metadata under its own terms.

Anyone you send an export to. If you export your data and send it to another person, such as a coach, that copy includes your recorded injuries and notes. That person then holds their own copy. We have no control over what they do with it.

Not shared with Strava. If you connect Strava, your posted activities contain movement names, sets, and session totals only. Injury data, discomfort, notes, and gym names are excluded, and an automated test verifies this on every build.

Affiliates: Wapniak Labs LLC has no affiliates or subsidiaries, and shares consumer health data with none.

6. We do not sell consumer health data

Wapniak Labs LLC does not sell consumer health data, has never sold it, and does not collect it for the purpose of selling it. We do not seek and would not accept the written authorization that a sale would require.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

To make a request: write to support@wapniaklabs.com. You do not need an account, because there are no accounts. We will respond within 45 days and may extend once by 45 days where the law allows, telling you why.

If we decline a request you may appeal by replying to our response. We will respond to an appeal within 45 days and explain our reasoning.

Where we have shared consumer health data with Anthropic and you ask us to delete it, we will notify them of your request. Data already processed and returned is subject to their retention terms, which we do not control.
