Write to support@wapniaklabs.com. There is no ticket system and no form to fill in — email is the whole support channel, it reaches us directly, and a person reads every message.

What to include

None of this is required, but each one saves a round trip:

• Your device and its operating system version.
• The version of the app, from its settings screen.
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
• Whether it happens every time or only sometimes.

Please do not send passwords or payment details. We will never ask you for either.

Privacy questions

How your data is handled is written out in full in two documents:

• The Privacy Policy covers everything the software records and everything that leaves your device.
• The Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy covers health data specifically, as required by the laws of Washington, Nevada, and Connecticut.

To make a request about your data — access, correction, deletion, or withdrawing consent — write to the same address. You do not need an account to ask.

Who you are writing to
